Does the rate you quoted include everything?
Our rates include linens, towels (including beach towels) and cleaning services upon your departure. There is an additional $35 reservation fee and Florida charges a 11% tax on the total.
How do I reserve your condominium?
We require a deposit of $338.85 or 20% of the total booking, whichever is greater, to make a reservation. Final payment is due by check 30 days prior to your arrival.
What if I have to cancel my trip?
All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of $50 plus tax. Guests who cancel before 60 days of their arrival will have the balance of their deposits refunded. Guests who cancel within 60 days may forfeit all prepayments unless the unit is rebooked for the identical time period and rate. We suggest and can provide optional trip insurance to protect you from loss if you must cancel for a covered circumstance such as illness or hurricane. Travel insurance costs between 3.5% and 7% of total cost depending on the season.
Do you accept credit cards?
We accept all major credit cards for deposits and payments. We also accept personal checks, cashiers checks or money order. Check must be payable in US funds.
Do you have any special rates or promotions?
We offer the following special programs:
- A 10% discount on monthly bookings.
- Receive a $100 credit toward a future stay at C-36 when you refer a friend or relative and they stay with us for a week or more.
- Returning guests are offered the current year's rates on next year's bookings. We want you to make Pointe Santo C-36 an annual vacation destination!
When is check in/out?
Our 3pm check-in and 10am check-out times are strictly enforced unless you make arrangements with us beforehand. We can accommodate late arrivals.
Do you rent cribs, etc?
We can arrange rentals for most every need including cribs, high chairs and beach umbrellas or you can contact Island Rental Services (www.islandrentalservices.net) directly.
Is there a grocery store close by?
Bailey's General Store, an island institution, is within walking distance of Pointe Santo de Sanibel. You can also pre-order your groceries and have them delivered right to the condo. Bailey's number is 239-472-1516 and their website is http://www.baileys-sanibel.com
