From Miami/Ft. Lauderdale
Go West on Alligator Alley to Interstate 75 North. Follow I-75 North to Exit 131 (old exit 21), which is Daniels Parkway. Go West on Daniels Parkway and follow directions from I-75 below.

From West Palm Beach
Go West on Route 441 to Route 27, then to Route 80. Take Interstate I-75 South to Exit 131 (old exit 21), which is Daniels Parkway. Go West on Daniels Parkway and follow directions from I-75 below.

From Tampa
Take Interstate 75 South. Follow I-75 South to Exit 131 (old exit 21), which is Daniels Parkway. Go West on Daniels Parkway and follow directions from I-75 below.

From Orlando
Take Interstate 4 West to Tampa. Follow Interstate 75 South to Exit 131 (old exit 21), which is Daniels Parkway. Go West on Daniels Parkway and follow directions from I-75 below

From Southwest Florida International Airport
From the Parking Lot and Rental Car Facilities, take Terminal Access Road to stop light. Turn Right onto Treeline Avenue Extension and follow to Daniels Parkway. Turn left onto Daniels Parkway and proceed to Six Mile Cypress Parkway. Turn left on to Six Mile Cypress and proceed to Gladiolus Drive. Six Mile Cypress turns into Gladiolus Drive after crossing US-41. Once on Gladiolus Drive prepare to get in the left hand lane and take the overpass ramp on to Summerlin Blvd. Continue on Summerlin Blvd to the Sanibel Causeway toll plaza. Once on Sanibel Island, turn right at the four way stop sign and proceed 1 mile to the Royal Shell Welcome Center located at 1547 Periwinkle Way on the left side hand side of the road.
